Contract Management

By integrating evaluation and controlling functions, ELO Contract provides detailed insight into contract data, terms and conditions, and deadlines. Contract templates (such as rental agreements, insurance contracts, licence agreements, cooperation agreements, etc.) can be easily integrated, and the mandatory fields from the accounts payable/accounts receivable master data record are transferred.. 

Clause management: Standard texts, so-called clauses and text modules can be created, managed and integrated into contract documents. This ensures that the latest version of these clauses is always used for new contract documents. If a clause used in a contract document changes, it can be manually updated in the document with just a few clicks.

Internal communication

Use the ELO Feed and you can chat internally about any document and have every message archived in the chat history for future reference. The chat message appears for other users in the ELO Feed next to the assigned documents.

It is simpler and more convenient, and versioning means that there is no more constant back-and-forth sending of documents internally!

This allows you to keep track of the latest version of each document, who last changed it or added a comment internally, and when.

Of course, as an extension for archive systems, we can incorporate recurring algorithms into workflows for you or supplement them with mobile web apps for SAP and ELO for use on the go, e.g. for approving invoices for payment, asset inventory and much more!

  • The basis: The ELO archive

    The ELO archive ensures that your data is stored securely for many years. Together with procedural documentation, all legal requirements for the digitisation of your company are met.

  • ELO Enterprise Search

    All data and documents in ELO can be found in a fraction of a second using ELO Search. Indexing for this full-text search is performed using Elasticsearch. The OCR engine integrated into ELO converts image data from PDF and image files into searchable text. This makes importing entire network drives and Microsoft SharePoint folders an attractive option.

  • ELO Workflows

    ELO workflows are fully integrated into the ELO solution. This allows any business process to be mapped in no time at all. The ELO Form Designer, ELO Process Designer, and ELO functions form the basis for optimal processes. Direct integration with SAP is possible via the EPO Connector.

  • ELO Installation: Private Cloud, Public Cloud or on-Premise

    All components are provided by ELO as Docker containers. With Open7’s many years of expertise, you can choose between on-premise installation, installation in your private cloud on AWS, Azure or Google, or installation in the public cloud. This makes operating the solution simple and cost-effective.

How the EPO Connector for SAP can support you

With the EPO Connector add-on for SAP, you can exchange documents and metadata between SAP systems such as SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA and ELO ECM without a middleware server, directly from functional SAP modules in ABAP. Incoming invoices can be automatically stored in the ELO archive and transferred to SAP FI or SAP MM for posting. Further connections such as personnel files or contracts are possible on the same basis.

With our EPO Direct Link, in conjunction with the EPO Connector, you can jump directly from the SAP GUI to the respective archive folders with other linked documents, e.g. purchase orders, email correspondence relating to the desired invoice, by calling up the invoice number. This saves you time and optimises your workflows by allowing you to switch seamlessly between systems and access the information you need in both worlds.
